The Art of Yoga
A free workshop series funded by the Union County Board of County Commissioners
Four Monday evenings in August
8/10/26, 8/17/26, 8/24/26 & 8/31/26 ~ 6:30 to 8:00 pm
Week 1 – Discussion about the chakras, the meaning of the colors and their associations; asana and meditation practice utilizing all the different chakras.
Week 2 – Discussion about the importance of journaling for self discovery; design the cover of a journal.
Week 3 – Making and/or coloring a mandala. You can make your own or use pre-made ones.
Week 4 – The Art of Sound Vibration – a guest appearance by Avalon Sound Journey
